Project included due diligence research, detailed landscape design, and area lighting design. Design included landscape and lighting design for a mixed use transit-village adjacent to the Aberdeen-Matawan train station. The brownfield development consists of 228 residential apartment units and 9,400 S.F. of retail space on a total of 13.3 acres.
