Project included tree management plan, due diligence, multi-phase masterplan, detailed hardscape design, planning board testimony, ongoing project consultation. Design concepts for French inspired gardens, sunken parterre, pond restoration with native perimeter plantings, cocktail hour patio with bar, bridal patio, internal lounge patio, entrance piers/driveway apron, specifications for pagoda structures, concrete cast stone caps, treads, fountains, landscape design, parking lot area lighting, low-voltage lighting design for catering hall building and overall site.
